May Screwup: SCREWED UP SLUTS

There's a new slut in town - the second edition of The Ethical Slut has just bee released from Ten Speed Press, and she's bigger and better and sluttier than ever. Co-author Dossie Easton and her partner Rae Goldman will present the new book and a workshop on slut skills will explore the many ways that fabulous sluts have dealt with problems like jealousy, having sixteen sexual lifestyles, too much fun and losing their datebooks.
Copies of the new book will be available for purchase and signing.
BIO
Dossie Easton, a long time player on the San Francisco S/M scene and well-known killer bottom, is co-author with Janet Hardy of The Ethical Slut, a pracitcal guide to polyamory, open relationships and other adventures, newly in its second edition, as well as The New Bottoming Book and The NewTopping Book, When Someone You Love Is Kinky, a book designed to give to outsiders to inform them about kink lifestyles, and Radical Ecstasy: SM Journeys to Transcendence. She is a licensed psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and more in her private practice, with a particular interest in how unlearning jealousy can bring old wounds into the healing light of consciousness and teach us how to treat ourselves very well.
An active sex radical since 1961, Dossie makes her home in the mountains north of San Francisco, travels around to teach at conferences all over the world, and spends her nonexistent free time hiking the hills declaiming filthy poetry to the vultures and hosting outrageous pajama parties. Rae Goldman is an adventurous Leather switch who has been fortunate to have the chance to learn from (and play with) a variety of amazing mentors around the states and abroad. A queer, genderqueer, masochist/sadist boy and proud slut, Rae enjoys exploring the edges and margins of the world. She has presented at TNG-4, LLC, IMsL, and a variety local leather groups and outreach programs to the vanilla world. Rae is an associate board member with Folsom Street Events, is co-curator for Folsom's 25th anniversary exhibit at the GLBT Historical Society, rides with LOBOC M/C, and is the volunteer coordinator for IMsL.
Screwup is for trans people, genderqueers, and our friends. This event is open to all genders and will be held at Femina Potens . Folks sometimes go out for coffee or food afterwards, so come prepared...
$0-5 donation will be accepted to cover the cost of space and supplies. No one turned away. Femina Potens's space is wheelchair accessible but the bathrooms are not.

Also, take BART (exit at SF Civic Center), then transfer to Muni metro (exit at Church Street) or F Muni streetcar line (exit at Church Street).
Please use public transportation - parking near Femina Potens is not easy.
If you do drive, please be considerate of Femina Potens' neighbors and do not block driveways or park in blue or white zones.
